Roger Anunsen 


As President of MINDRAMP Consulting, Roger heads the REBOUND Division and has responsibility for program development and marketing. He develops and teaches brain health curriculum and distance learning platforms, and presents highly regarded brain health talks for a range of organizations across the country, including universities, senior groups, hospitals and business groups. Roger is director of MINDRAMP’s Brain Health Initiative.

Roger is an award-winning adjunct professor in the Gerontology department at Portland Community College. Two of his popular courses are built around the MINDRAMP text books, Strong Brains, Sharp Minds and Cognitive Activity Design. 

Roger is a science writer and creator of the MemAerobics cognitive intervention programs. Anunsen has hosted the radio program “What’s New in Brain Wellness,” and developed a cable tv series called “This is Your Brain On . . . “ He is in high demand as the presenter of seminars and workshops, and has designed national brain health educational programs.

Anunsen was appointed a voting delegate to the 2005 White House Conference on Aging, is a regular presenter and panelist at American Society on Aging conferences and presented at the “First Global Conference on Aging” at the University of Oxford, UK in July of 2009.

Anunsen has degrees in political science, business and economics and, after earning his Juris Doctorate, built a 26-year legal career in which he led litigation efforts on behalf of wildlife, authored articles on family farm law and served as co-chair of the Oregon Medical Association/Oregon State Bar Legal-Medical Committee.
