THE MINDRAMP ACADEMY

THE MINDRAMP ACADEMY
FOR BRAIN HEALTH & MENTAL MANAGEMENT

LEARNING TO LIVE LONG AND LIVE WELL

The MINDRAMP Academy motivates and inspires participants to take action to strengthen their aging brains and to manage their mature minds. The ultimate goal is “Qualongevity” – the aspirational quest to fill a long life with happiness, meaning and fulfillment.

MINDRAMP offers no quick-fix remedy. Qualongevity is not achieved by wish-fulfillment or magic-pill fantasy, but by designing and following a well thought out plan based on solid science. The MINDRAMP Academy teaches participants how to craft a brain health plan that is customized to meet their specific needs and their current circumstances. And, just as important, the class modules train participants to hone the skills needed to successfully implement and sustain their plans.

ONLINE LEARNING AND ENGAGEMENT MADE EASY

The MINDRAMP Academy (MRA) is designed to make your life as an activity director or wellness professional as easy as possible. The MRA provides weeks of virtual programming designed to stimulate brain health and encourage cognitive engagement. The MRA offers guided recruitment strategies and handouts for class participants. All you need do is recruit participation and provide MINDRAMP with the contact information. We do the rest.

The MRA is delivered via Zoom Meetings. Anyone with a computer and access to the Internet can participate from the comfort of their own home. When possible, groups can gather in venues with large screens[Recordings of the classes can also be made available.] Each registrant receives an email invitation to the class meeting that includes login links and handout attachments. Group discussions and Q & A are handled through Zoom breakout rooms run by MINDRAMP.

THE MINDRAMP ACADEMY CURRICULUM

The four core courses provide participants with the theory and science of brain health and mind management. The full core curriculum consist of 16 modules.
